GBC worked closely with WOU Project managers and building occupants for department relocations as required to complete the major structural seismic upgrade work.
Two annex buildings attached to the ITC Main building needed to remain fully operational during the 13-month construction period. GBC worked closely with our subcontractors and WOU Facilities staff to devise a plan for MEP (heating/cooling, main data fiber for campus services, fire and life safety systems, as well as normal and emergency power systems) work arounds to maintain all services to the much needed services of the annex attached buildings.
