Cody is a company executive and part owner of GBC Construction. A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management, Cody is a lifelong resident of the Willamette Valley. He has spent the past two decades in Corvallis, where he has developed deep expertise in education, research, healthcare, and industrial projects.

With extensive experience leading complex projects in laboratory and institutional environments, Cody provides strategic guidance and executive-level oversight through all phases of design and construction. His leadership style is hands-on and collaborative—he works closely with project teams to refine processes, define scope, and ensure exceptional quality.
