Lindsey Devine brings over a decade of hands-on experience in both preconstruction and project management to GBC Construction. A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Lindsey has built her career on precision, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to quality.

Since joining GBC, Lindsey has played a central role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects—ranging from ground-up construction to complex renovations—across higher education, healthcare, and municipal sectors. Her expertise spans estimating and GMP development, budget management, procurement, forecasting, and change management, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and subcontractor compliance.

Lindsey’s leadership in subcontractor and MWBE outreach, coupled with her detailed approach to project startup and coordination, ensures each project is efficiently planned and executed. She is known among her peers and clients for holding high expectations and consistently delivering work that exceeds typical industry standards.

A lifelong resident of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Lindsey values the collaborative relationships that define her work and takes pride in contributing to projects that strengthen local institutions and communities.
