This project encompassed master planning and construction of over 200,000 square feet of light industrial facilities in an active manufacturing operation. Project was design-build, including all MEP scopes.

Good Samaritan Regional Cancer Center provides the mid-Willamette Valley with a state of the art diagnosis and treatment facility. The facility is a three-story, 24,000 square foot steel structure building. Project highlights include design build of MEP systems, internal water feature
St. Mary’s Catholic Church
Renovation of interior finishes and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems
Project scope consists of interior renovations to the main worship space, installation of a new bapistry; remodeling of the sanctuary, alter and choir areas; remodeling and additions to the current choir storage and sacristy area; remodeling of the restrooms, reconciliation room, tabernacle chapel; new interior finishes and upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical systems. Work completed while the church was active.
Western Oregon University Student Health Center
Construction of new 11,000 sf student health and counseling center.
Peacehealth Riverbend MRI Installation
New construction within existing hospital. Special features included a patient experience improvements consisting of LED Lighting and Audio-Visual Effects.
